Use of recorded personal data

 

Contact forms

In order to be able to respond to our users requests, we store the data entered by the user in the contact forms, which may include surnames, first names, email addresses and telephone numbers. We also store the sender's IP address. The retention period for this data is 12 months. However, in the event of spam or unwanted form filling, we store the user's IP address indefinitely, as part of our fight against spam, in order to ban the user who is the source of abuse.
