Permanent makeup is a procedure that is suitable for most people, however there may be some contraindications:

• be a minor

• be pregnant or breastfeeding

• be on anticoagulants

• have received injections/fillers in the treated areas in the last 3 months

This is very variable and depends on each person's level of pain tolerance.

You will feel a scratching, warming sensation, which remains perfectly tolerable.

However, it is possible to have an anesthetic cream, such as EMLA, prescribed by your doctor (these creams are not available over the counter). It will need to be applied under film 30 to 60 minutes before your appointment (it will not be possible to apply it on site).

These creams harden the skin and can impact the result.

Semi-permanent makeup = Permanent makeup

Legally, any aesthetic dermopigmentation service must be called Permanent Makeup.

The pigments disappear over time, evacuated by the macrophage cells (white blood cells) of the skin, but there are always some residues. The law therefore considers that the application is permanent.

This is valid for dermograph and manual services (soft tap, microblading, etc.).

The term semi-permanent is therefore just a choice of the practitioner.

Microshading is a technique performed with an electric machine: the dermograph, and a nano needle (about 0.2 to 0.3mm). These needles are the finest on the market.

A specific movement creates micropixels, which layer after layer, will create either a shade or a uniform pigmentation.

This technique is suitable for all skin types, is not very traumatic, and implants pigment more lightly than traditional electric techniques.

Microblading is performed with a manual stylus on which is fixed a bundle of aligned needles which then form a thin blade. The practitioner will create micro incisions in the skin, and the pigment will be inserted inside. The skin heals on top, the pigment is "trapped". This technique is not suitable for certain skin types, such as oily skin or skin prone to keloid scars.

The final color will correspond to the one chosen on the day of the service.

Right after pigmentation, the color always appears darker and more intense.

During the healing process, the skin will naturally peel off, and the superfluous pigments or those remaining on the surface will be eliminated.

The loss of pigments is approximately:

• 30% for eyebrows

• 20% for eyeliner

• 50% for lips

The touch-up is there to compensate for any lack of color that may occur during the first service.

The pigment lasting on skin is estimated between 1 year and 3 years depending on the service.

However this is extremely variable and depends on several factors:

• Your skin type

• Your solar habits

• Your iron deficiency

• Aesthetic procedures that may affect the tattooed area (chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser, retinol, acids, etc.)

After this time the color will gradually fade.

We recommend a touch-up every 1 to 2 years to maintain shape and color.

Our pigments come from a world leader in the field. They are sterile, CE certified, REACH 22 standard, French/EU/US Standard, Vegan and Cruelty Free.

They ensure very good durability over time: from 1 to 3 years before gradually fading. They are designed not to change color.

However, it is possible that at the very end of elimination by the skin's macrophage cells, the dominant color may still remain for some time.

The difference lies only in the size of the particles and their manufacturing method.

Pigments are made to be eliminated by our body (macrophage cells of white blood cells).

Inks are made to resist these natural "aggressions" over time.

Our pigments are sterile and hypoallergenic. Reactions to these products are extremely rare.

However, it is possible to make an appointment for a skin test (€30).

The care provided after your procedure is crucial and must be followed imperatively in order to avoid any bacterial infection.
