General appointment conditions

Appointment booking:

Appointments are exclusively made via the booking tab on the elodiedelani.com website. Any appointment booking is subject to the payment of a deposit of €50 (see conditions for postponing or canceling appointments below). For models special price or appointments priced at €60 or less, full payment is made online directly.

Appointment modification:

Only via your user interface on the elodiedelani.com website. The process is automated, no postponement will be made by email or telephone. You can change your appointment date up to 24 hours before the date of your initial appointment. After this period, your deposit is kept and you will be asked for a new deposit for any appointment.

Cancellation of appointment:

Only via your user interface on the elodiedelani.com website. The process is automated, no postponement will be made by email or telephone. You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the date of your initial appointment. After this period, your deposit is kept and you will be asked for a new deposit for any appointment.

No show

If you do not show up for the appointment, your deposit will be automatically retained.

The importance of being on time:

Any delay to your appointment must be notified by phone call or text message in advance, note that any delay exceeding 20 minutes will not allow your service to be carried out in optimal conditions. It may be considered as a missed appointment and your deposit will be kept.

Attention:

No modification or cancellation possible by Instagram message, answering machine message or via various communication methods. Exclusively via the website for your modifications and cancellations.

Rules regarding deposits:

Any appointment not modified / not canceled / not honored, according to the charter above, or any significant delay will result in the retention of your deposit.

General rules:

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Only people with an appointment at the salon are allowed to enter.
No accompanying person will be accepted (child or adult).
No pets allowed.

General conditions of sale

ARTICLE 1 – Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all services offered by the company Elodie DELANI represented by Ms. Elodie SACRE on its website and to customers or visitors.

Through its website, the company Elodie DELANI offers the Customer the possibility of accessing a complete range of aesthetic and beauty treatments, to be carried out in its establishment.

Consequently, the fact for a natural or legal person to order on the website of the company Elodie DELANI implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

They are accessible at any time on this website and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version.

ARTICLE 2 – Prices, quotes, orders on the website

1) The prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euros and excluding VAT and correspond to those in effect on the day of the order.

The company Elodie DELANI reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, the price indicated on the day of the order as well as in the confirmation received by email being the final price.

The payment itself will only be considered final after actual collection of the funds by the company Elodie DELANI.

2) In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, in the event of distance selling, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the confirmation of his order, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of management fees.

The User cannot benefit from or invoke this right of withdrawal once the service has started to be provided by the company Elodie DELANI.

3) Several types of services are offered on the website:

* Online booking with online deposit payment

The booking of your services gives rise to a request for payment of an online deposit.

Any appointment not honored or not canceled by SMS, email or via your account on the elodiedelani.com website, at the latest 48 hours before the date will give rise to the collection of the deposit or the price of the full procedure (under 60€) without the possibility of recovering it.

* Gift vouchers sent by email

The sale of gift vouchers sent by email is materialized by sending the Customer an invoice corresponding to the order as well as the immediate sending by email of a gift voucher to the beneficiary.

The gift voucher is valid for 12 months.

ARTICLE 3 – Payment of the price

The provision of services is carried out against payment by the Customer of the total price corresponding to the chosen service, in the Elodie DELANI Establishment.

The price is payable in full (for models and procedures under 60€) or in two installments: a deposit of €50 upon ordering which is valid as confirmation of the order. The remainder of the service is payable in cash or by credit card on the day of the service.

Payment for purchases is made by bank cards, the accepted cards being the following: CB, VISA, Mastercard, etc.

STRIPE payment security for payments via the website.

SumUp payment security for on-site payments.

ARTICLE 4 -- Promotions and special offers

The special offers and promotions available on the elodiedelani.com website are made periodically and on a limited basis. For the promotion to be applicable, the reservation must be made during the promotional period. The company Elodie DELANI reserves the right to shorten or remove any promotional period without any possible dispute.

ARTICLE 5 – Provision of services

The services ordered by the Customer will be provided upon presentation of the order confirmation at the Elodie DELANI establishment.

In the event that the Elodie DELANI establishment is unable to provide the purchased service during the validity period of the voucher, the Elodie DELANI establishment undertakes to reimburse the price of the voucher or a credit of the same amount within a maximum of 15 days, by crediting the bank card debited when ordering, excluding any compensation or deduction.

To modify or cancel a reservation:

the Customer must contact the Elodie DELANI establishment at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of the appointment for a postponement of the appointment,

48 hours before the date of the appointment for a cancellation. After this period, Elodie DELANI will be entitled to keep the deposit paid when making the appointment.

ARTICLE 6 – Data Protection and Freedoms

In application of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, it is recalled that the personal data requested from the Customer are necessary for the processing of his order and are intended for internal use.

This personal data may nevertheless be transmitted to third parties, partners of the company Elodie DELANI. The Customer therefore has a right of access, modification, rectification and opposition with regard to information concerning him.

For the proper use of the site, we use a cookie on your computer. The purpose of this cookie is, on the one hand, to record information relating to the navigation of your computer on our site to allow us to draw up statistics and improve our services; on the other hand, to identify your computer at the start of the online subscription phase, a necessary prerequisite for any subscription placed on the site. The cookie that we install in your computer is not permanent.

ARTICLE 7 – Applicable law

All clauses appearing in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all operations for the provision of services referred to therein, will be subject to French law.

These general terms and conditions of sale and appointments were updated on April 17, 2025. Elodie DELANI reserves the right to update its general terms and conditions of sale at any time and we invite you to consult them frequently.
